Exercise and Physical Activity

Objectives:

At the end of the session, the participant will have:

  • Increased knowledge of physical fitness.
  • Awareness of the need to increase their level of physical activity and exercise and maintain this over the long term to optimise lung health.
  • Knowledge of how to safely achieve an increased level of physical activity and exercise.

Facilitator:

This session may be facilitated by a respiratory nurse, physiotherapist or exercise physiologist.
