Objectives:

At the end of the session, the participant will develop an understanding of:

  • The role of oxygen in managing lung disease and indications for oxygen prescription.
  • The benefits of using oxygen and incorporating oxygen therapy into daily life.
  • Different oxygen delivery systems, travel and safety guidelines and funding.

Facilitator:

This session may be facilitated by a respiratory nurse, doctor or physiotherapist.
