Self-Management
Objectives:
At the end of the session, the participant will have:
- An understanding of self-management and its role in the management of lung disease.
- An understanding of the relationship between self-management and behaviour change.
- Knowledge of the benefits of self-management.
- Identified areas for improvement in self-management.
- Developed a plan to improve self-management of their chronic
lung disease.
Facilitator
This session may be facilitated by a respiratory nurse, psychologist, social worker or physiotherapist.
